Jumeirah Wave Business Towers

Dubai-based property firms launched Jumeirah Wave Business Towers, a Dh1 billion three tower commercial development in Jumeirah Village.



Wave Business Towers, comprises three 45 floored glass fronted towers, whose design incorporates a wave concept, sculpted out of steel and glass. The project has a total of 1.2 million square feet and 40 floors of office space. There are over 960 office spaces in the three towers, which overlook the lake of the park in Jumeirah Village and Sports City. The first five floors of the towers comprise a 130,000 square feet shopping mall, which connects all three towers.



The towers will have the highest ratio of parking spaces per office in Dubai. They have about 2,700 basement and podium parking places spread over 640,000 square feet. The Jumeirah Village has 11 entrances, so that means less traffic. One of our main aims is to provide our investors the flexibility of having their employees living and working in the close proximity of the office. This increases productivity while reducing commute time and stress.
