JUMEIRA University is an independent privately owned academic institution. The start-up is the culmination of an extended effort by Major General Khalifa Bin Dhaen Abdulla AlMuhairi, a UAE national and distinguished and honorable member of the Dubai community, to establish an educational institution relevant to an increasing demand for knowledgeable and skilled workforce in the United Arab Emirates.
The location of the university is Al Quoz Four area, Dubai. The occupied land is 25,800 m2 in area, it includes; buildings, services, roads, and parking spaces. The buildings consist of the following:
1- Ground Floor: in addition to the administration/departments units´ area, the ground floor will be divided into 2 sections, male and female. Each section will include: Library, 10 classrooms, 2 science labs, 1 computer lab, 1 English Language Center, and faculty offices, other shared facilities include; Auditorium, Clinic, Cafeteria, Sports Hall/Theater, etc.
2- First Floor: contains senior administration area (Presidents, CEO, CAO, CAFO and College Deans).
