Founded in 2003, the Island Falcon Group was formed by a group of dedicated professionals for the purpose of providing exclusive services in the Oil, Gas & Medical industries and the Civil Sector.

We have a Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD) facility license and trade licenses for Island Falcon Medical Supplies and Island Falcon Technical Services, with a special permission from the Ministry of Labor, (MOL), to officially operate as a labor supplier, recruitment / employment services and in hospital management.

Island Falcon Technical Services provides professionals to some of the entities within the ADNOC Group of companies. Our Engineers, Production Supervisors, Sr. Electrical Mechanical and Instrumentation Supervisors, Scaffolding Supervisors, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians, Process Plant & WHPT Operators are manned; mostly offshore on various platforms, including land based personnel, at ADNOC Distribution, ADMA – OPCO and ZADCO.
