The institution is established as an independent private entity under an ordinance of the Government of Ajman (Emiri Decree No.02/2002). The ICLBAT is managed by Dr. M. K. Kamaludeen as Chairman, Mr. Zakir Kamaludeen as Managing Director and Sheikh Sultan Bin Abdullah al Nuaimi as Sponsor. Its mission is to provide higher quality educational services at affordable costs to the needy.
