India Trade & Exhibition Centre

As a vision of HH Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Sharjah, country specific Trade and Exhibition Centres are being set up in Sharjah, UAE jointly with the respective governments for the promotion of trade, tourism and investment.



The India Trade and Exhibition Centre has been set up under the same policy directive under the aegis of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and with the support of the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India.



ITEC m.e. operates as a non profit organization. Its objective it to promote two way trade, tourism and investment between India – UAE, India – GCC and India – MENA countries. Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Ambassador and Consul General of India to the UAE are the patrons of ITEC m.e.



ITEC m.e. is a one stop shop for State Governments, Export Promotion Councils, Corporates, SME’s and Indian businessmen to promote and expand their commercial interests or experiment with new areas of operation at nominal costs in the markets of the UAE, GCC and MENA countries.



ITEC m.e. has under its fold a three storey building in the commercial district of Sharjah with a floor area of more than 20,000 sq ft to conduct its operations. ITEC m.e. will provide a vital link for trade and investment between India and the UAE/GCC/MENA region.
