The gym boasts two separate sections. The bottom floor gym area is a mixed training area and the top floor facility is a Ladies only section. Both include state of the art amenities.
The bottom floor gym area has an MMA training cage, boxing & muay thai punch/kick bags, large size wrestling & BJJ area, a cardio section with the latest in technology & innovation, techno gym weight machines, free weight section, an indoor spinning & yoga studio, cross fit & heavy lifting room, spa, sauna, steam room, massage rooms & Moroccan bath as well as an outdoor sprint track & juice bar.
The upper floor gym is for ladies only and consists of a state of the art fitness gym, weight machines, a studio, cardio apparatus, a beauty salon, spa, sauna & steam room. All in a safe and private environment with all female staff and trainers.
