Located on Umm Suqeim Road, Fitness HQ is a new entrant to an industry that is sorely lacking in openness and transparency. We are proud to be an Emirati company, supported and licensed by the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashed Foundation.

We bring a dynamic approach to what we feel is the most important thing a Human Being can do.. be Fit, be Healthy and be Active. We hate gyms where you are pestered for money at every opportunity with hidden fees, where you have to buzz your way through a turnstile like a prison convict, where the staff don’t even know your name and where you are forced to use in-house personal trainers even if you have your own trainer!

We are different. We are a purpose built facility boasting two of the biggest activity rooms in Dubai, we provide you with cutting edge equipment and the space to do your own thing, as well as extensive support from our qualified and certified trainers and staff if you need direction or personal training to achieve your goals. We have over 900 square metres filled with equipment which we have hand picked from premium suppliers including Hammer Strength, Life Fitness and Rogue Fitness and a distinguished management team who have been leaders in the health and fitness industry in the UAE for more than 15 years.
