The roots of Fitness 4 Life date all way back to the early 1990`s, starting with a small group of professional athletes in Canada. For over 20 years there have been major developments and improvements in the fitness area. Fitness 4 Life is proud to state that we are the trailblazer in personal training in the region, with personal trainers over 10 years in experience. We opened for business in 2012 in Silicon Oasis, Dubai one of the first and many to follow independently owned and adapted to fit the Middle East needs and requirements. Since then, our policy of "taking care of the members' needs and success will follow" has propelled us to the status of being fastest growing fitness center in the region!
