The restaurant is owned by Mr. Houssam Abdul Malak. Fiesta Pinoy has started with its first location at Reef Mall-Food Court, Deira, Dubai, U.A.E. As part of its development, Fiesta Pinoy has opened its second outlet at Bawadi Mall-Food Court, Al Ain City, U.A.E in May 2009.
