Dubarch Architects, Engineering was established in September 1986 by Mr. Amir V. Rahbar and Mr. Ahmed Al Banna.



Dubarch's creativity and innovative designs caught the attention of the major real estate developers in Dubai and the company went through a rapid expansion.



During the early 90's, Dubarch obtained the commission for one of the most prestigious and iconic landmark buildings in Dubai, the National Bank of Dubai.



Mr. Rahbar was fully involved in the conceptual design and ultimately chosen as the main consultant on this project.



Dubarch's prestigious client list includes: Corporate and Government agencies, such as, the Commercial Bank of Dubai, the Shangri-la Hotel, the Government of Dubai Real Estate, the Dubai Technology & Electronic Commerce Village (TECOM real estate department) and Omniyat Properties (real estate development division of Almasa Holdings).

Dubarch is a full-service multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering design offering services from initial feasibility studies through to completion of the final form and specializing in the commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality and corporate office sectors.
