DTTAG - Dubai Travel & Tour Agents Group

Established in 2004, the Dubai Travel and Tour Agents Group or DTTAG was formed to create an environment conducive for interaction among travel trade members and the achievement of business objectives. To induce positive and open interaction among members, to promote and foster cooperation, goodwill and better understanding within and outside the area of the group.



DTTAG wish to ensure that the interests of the travel trade are represented at the highest level to government bodies such as DTCM; DCCI as well as airlines, IATA, Car Hire companies and other suppliers and partners. To communicate, implement and enforce agreements on charges and activities.

We will take up complaints by agents against other agents and mediate. We will share best practices and negotiate on behalf of agents with airlines, GDS provider’s car hire companies etc. We will provide subsidized industry training for members on a regular basis. We will seek to enhance bottom line figures by ensuring a fair return for work performed on behalf of both clients and principals alike. Overall we will seek to protect and promote the mutual interests of our members, combat unfair competition and promote the integrity & patronage of DTTAG members.
