The center was established to provide comprehensive medical & physiotherapy services to the Dubai community. It was established by the late Dr. Abdulhussain Kamkar in 1939. It was originally a general practice clinic and one of the first private clinic in Dubai at that time. In 1997 it transformed to Dr. Kamkar Medical & Physiotherapy Center and added physiotherapy, acupuncture and dentistry to the services it provides. Currently, the center offers physiotherapy services in addition to dentistry and pediatrics to the Dubai community. The center is directed by Abduladheem & Abdulhakim Kamkar.
