In February of 2008 Core Direction was established with the principle aim of providing a fresh approach to health & fitness in Dubai and across the UAE.Our goal has been to create fitness services for the masses while keeping it personal with a strong focus on customer service. We aim to spread fitness across all ages, genders, geographic and demographics. Educating the population of the benefits leading a healthier lifestyle can have on you and your family.To date Core Direction has the well established COREFIT group exercise facilities; a personal training division with some of the top trainers the UAE has to offer; an education division to studying towards internationally recognised health & fitness qualifications through industry leaders eta; the “C4” equipment brand specializing in CrossFit strength & conditioning equipment; and a consultancy side helping those eager to work alongside us to create a healthier, fitter UAE.
