Given the current rapidly evolving social changes in the wake of Globalization and Information Technology revolution, our wise leadership is ever keen to invest in developing human resources being the most valued resource to confront all forthcoming challenges.



Bearing in mind the objectives of Dubai Strategic Plan 2015, initiated by H.H. Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum in February 2007, the Government of Dubai has launched The Community Development Authority, one of the most significant social establishments nowadays mandated to develop and implement efficient social development frameworks in Dubai.



The Community Development Authority plays a leading role in developing the social sector in Dubai, given its five main strategic outcomes comprising promotion of national identity, providing social protection and social inclusion as well as empowering all Emiratis in Dubai. The authority shall achieve its set objectives through an integrated social system that ensures the effective participation and inclusion of individuals in the social sector through tolerance, respect and openness to other cultures.



In light of the increasing growth of population and the rapidly changing environment at the local and international levels, the Community Development Authority will strive towards promoting social standards in Dubai through an integrated system of policies and quality services for everyone. In cooperation with the concerned parties, the authority shall empower Emiratis so as to achieve the social development objectives in Dubai. May God grant us the power and will to accomplish our goals and succeed in developing Dubai into an aspiring model of community well-being, in alignment with the provisions of our venerable Sharia, traditions and Emirati identity.
