Taking inspiration form New York's Bagel and Sandwich restaurants,
Circle Cafe was started by Rama dabbous Mamlouk and Mira Lozi Naimi in 2003, and by januray 2004, Dubai's first bagel shop was born.

In order to fullfill their vision, Mira and Rama searched for the ''perfect bagel'' and ultimately foind their calling when they discovered: H&H bagels, ranked to be the largest bagel manufacturing compnay in the world,H&H Bagels is based in New York City, and produces millions od bagels yearly which are shipped worldwide.
