Famed pastry chef Chicka of Gramercy Tavern and jazz musician husband Don Tillman created Chikalicious when they found it impossible to get a high caliber, delicious, dessert experience, with service in New York City.



The dynamic duo coined the term ’dessert bar’ in 2003 quickly followed by the ‘dessert club’ and by 2009 had already achieved the highest accolade for any chef; Zagat’s #1 desserts in New York City.

Desserts are perfectly portioned, to allow guests to sample multiple desserts guilt free. Signature dishes include; Apple Crisp, Lava Cake, Sticky Toffee a la mode, and Gluten Free Lava to name a few. For that grab-and-go fix or must order dessert look out for the Bun Chika Bun Bun and the Dough’Sant, half croissant, half doughnut, loved by celebrity fans Barack Obama, Kim Kardashian and Ellen Page to name a few.
