Arabian Extrusions Factory ( AREXCO )

AREXCO commenced operations in 2002 with a single 5 inch press that had an annual capacity of 2400 Metric Tonnes.



In 2006 AREXCO expanded its production capacity by investing in a new 8 inch extrusion line, and in 2008 further expanded its production capacity by establishing a second 8 inch extrusion line to replace the original 5 inch line. At present these two 8 inch, 2500 tonne presses give an annual production capacity of 18000 Metric Tonnes. AREXCO has designed and manufactured its extrusion dies internally in its state of the art die manufacturing facility since 2004, giving it the advantage over its competitors in teams of speed and quality of extrusions as a whole



AREXCO also adds value to its aluminium extruded products through a range of exterior finishes. It has two powder coating lines, the first of which established in 2003 and the second newly commissioned in July 2009. This gives it an annual powder coating capacity of 10,000 Metric Tonnes.



Our range of surface finishes was most recently expanded by the introduction of a wood finish coating line in August 2009. We are also able to offer thermal break crimping to our list of products, which has been available since its launch in March 2008.

We have been accredited with ISO 9001 – 2000 quality management system by BSI since 2005.



AREXCO sources all its raw material from world class producer Dubai Aluminium Company Ltd (DUBAL).
