We are the first club in UAE providing Alfa Gravity training. This training method is innovative and suitable for all categories - professional sportsmen or just sport lovers and can be your main sport or additional to your favorite one.

Alfa Gravity is safe and using only your body and gravitation. There is no age restrictions, there are different levels of training for different body conditions and different personal goals. Who can do it? Kids, adults, elderly people, beginners, advanced or professional sportsmen. Good to build body strenght, as well as too just stretch and relax.
