Al Marakeb Boat Manufacturing Co Ltd

In 2006, the founder of Al Marakeb, Basel Shuhaiber, was still training to be an architect at the American University of Sharjah. Boats had always been part of his weekends and holidays until that point, so it was only natural to combine his ability to build with his passion for boats.



At first, this new "project" was not taken seriously by many, and being defiant in character, he went on to building his first boat, presenting it as a birthday gift to his father a year later.



This saw the beginning of Al Marakeb Boat Manufacturing, a boat manufacturing facility that began with the concept of tailored boats that recognise and serve the individual needs of boat enthusiasts.

Al Marakeb is a reputable and fast growing UAE-based manufacturer of affordable and high-performing recreational power boats created from premium products.
