48 Degrees will train one-on-one anywhere you desire, your home, your gym, your backyard, park or beach. Equipment that is required for our personal trainers to train each client will be brought by the personal trainer. If you have equipment that you would rather use we can or if you don’t have equipment, don’t worry, we will bring the necessary. This feature also benefits us in exercising in public areas such as a park or beach, you never have to worry about bringing any equipment.
